"Available now" pieces go to the post office within 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces list their knotting time on the product page — then the same 3 days to ship.
Every USPS Priority shipment includes tracking and built-in insurance. If your piece arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days and Sara will make it right — that's the fierce part of fun & fierce.
